Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BD Executive for pre-sales to join our dynamic team at PropGrow Technology Private Limited, helping the clients in Real estate investment. Your role would be initiating first calls or cold calls to potential clients, profiling clients and creating a database of potential clients for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at working in a remote environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate investment and have a knack for building relationships.


  1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to understand whether the client is a potential prospect or not.
  2. Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner to understand their requirements and preferences.
  3. Collect and record accurate information about clients and their needs through effective profiling.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to transfer warm leads and ensure a seamless transition in the sales process.
  5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.


  1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a real estate or sales environment is preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and articulate voice.
  3. Ability to build rapport and establish connections with clients over the phone.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into prospects.
  5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for lead management.
  8. Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.
